Nimbl offers a SharePoint Online integration in many facets. Documents are stored in SharePoint, with all benefits of managing the document lifecycle and document collaboration. Furthermore Nimbl offers a view on folders and documents in a case, with metadata that is bidirectionally synced.

Document and email generation

Document generation is supported out of the box using Word templates and merge fields that are filled with case data. The same is possible for e-mails in HTML, using case data to personalise the message per case instance. A second option is using the document generation of our partner Xential.
